When will my order arrive?

Buying from our shop online? All our items are made to order. Production usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, then we ship. Shipping times of course vary based on distance and shipping method. We usually ship from our Pennsylvania, USA location, to give you an indicator of shipping distance. While we can offer expedited shipping, production times generally do not run more quickly. If you need an item more quickly than that, reach out to us on our contact page and we will see how we may be able to help.

How does this item fit?

We try to do our best to describe and measure the fit for each item in our store so that you can buy online with confidence. One thing that we recommend if you are buying something for yourself is to take your favorite-fitting item and measure it. Then match it up to the measurements listed for the item on our site, and voila! You’ve got yourself another nice fitting addition to your wardrobe! Keep in mind that even pre-shrunk fabrics can still shrink another 5% when washed and/or dried. Buying for someone else? Sizes are pretty standard, and when they are not, we point it out on the product.

How does this item feel?

When we are talking printed shirts, there are a couple of things that determine how it feels. First there is the shirt itself. There are a variety of “feels” when it comes to fabric and we try to indicate how something feels in the product description. Also, as it concerns printed designs, the method used to print will determine the softness of the decorated area. In general, we print using a digital printing process which is much softer than traditional screen printing. Additionally, many of our designs lend themselves to making our items feel softer because of their ink density values. One of the most common remarks we hear is how our shirts feel softer than typical printed tees.

What’s your return policy?

We offer free returns/exchanges within 30-days from the date of your purchase. The item must be purchased directly from us. Items purchased at retail clothing stores are subject to their individual return/exchange policies and must be returned to them. To process a return/exchange, items must be in brand-new condition with tags still attached. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship to many places throughout the world. If the shipping dialog box does not show your country, please feel free to contact us using the contact page on this website. We will be happy to see if we are able to ship your items to your country. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs charges/import duties.

Do you take custom orders?

If you are looking for us to create a design for your beach, port, or town, we do take requests to add new places to our product line. If you want shirts created for “Unnamed Beach,” we can make them. The design would be something we create and would become part of our product line, which you may or may not decide to purchase. We don’t print organizations’ or requested designs. We only print our own products but we’re always looking to expand to new places.
