RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free returns/exchanges within 30-days from the date of your purchase. The item must be purchased directly from us. Items purchased at retail clothing stores are subject to their individual return/exchange policies and must be returned to them. To process a return/exchange, items must be in brand-new condition with tags still attached. Please allow 2-4 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. Items marked as FINAL SALE or CLOSEOUT cannot be returned. Shipping charges incurred with your purchase are not refundable.
Gift cards, if used wholly or partially, may not be returned or refunded.
Downloadable or digital materials, may not be returned or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item meets the return or exchange policy conditions, your request will be processed. In the case of a return, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Additional processing time may occur depending upon the procedures of your financial institution.
If an item has changed price since its purchase, any refund will reflect the original purchase price.
To return or exchange your product, request an RMA by sending us an email with your order number and a brief explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of a return, we will create a return shipping label for you and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item at your own cost, Salt Water Colours will not reimburse the customer for that cost unless agreed upon beforehand. If shipping at your own cost, consider using a trackable shipping service such UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or similar with tracking availability. We cannot guarantee receipt of an item without tracking information or be held liable for a package lost in transit.
